Starch was tasked to design a new, bespoke in-store retail environment update that considered adidas brand DNA, the current Jimmy Jazz store environment, and current retail trends.
We set out to designate and differentiate a space that is adidas to the core, using minimalistic design principles to inform larger, bolder gestures, elevating product presentation to “elevate adidas above the noise.“
By updating the material palette to align with current adidas’ retail direction, the clean minimal direction distinguished the space while still connecting with the look and feel of Jimmy Jazz’s Flagship store in Harlem, NY. We created large minimal fixtures, allowing for simple merchandising that can be updated and changed as needed.
